Refund Policy

At Heybassh FZCO, located at IFZA Business Park, Block A – A001, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our web task solutions. Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the web task service or product must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. The following items are non-refundable:

  • Digital products or downloadable software delivered upon purchase.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Services fully rendered or partially completed at the customer’s request.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Services that have been partially used or accessed, at our discretion.
  • Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  • Returns requested more than 30 days after purchase.

Refund Process

Once your request is received and reviewed, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
  3. Reach out to your bank for further assistance.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced services or products are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged digital products. To request an exchange, email us at support@heybassh.com with details of the issue and send any physical components (if applicable) to:

Gift Purchases

If a purchased item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return upon approval. A gift certificate will be mailed to you. For non-gift-marked items, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

For physical products (if applicable), mail returns to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
